abstract class AsyncIOBuilderOps[T[_[_]]] extends AnyRef
Builder step that allows to choose between sequential and parallel execution and specify the effect type.
This API has the additional requirement that even sequential execution requires Async,
reflecting the needs of binary renderers which might integrate with impure tools that require
the use of a Dispatcher.
